Use of the register

I collect personal data such as the customer's name and telephone number for the purpose of managing the customer relationship.

Grounds for data collection and processing

The data in the customer register is processed for billing purposes and for necessary communication with the customer, for example if a car service appointment has to be cancelled or changed. Customer data will not be used for marketing purposes.

Content of the register

The register stores the customer's name and telephone number and billing information if the customer pays by invoice. I receive the customer's details by phone or directly.

Data retention period

I keep the data of customers who pay by invoice for six years/the period required by the Accounting law.

Regular data sources

I collect the data directly from the customer. I do not use the data for marketing purposes.

Regular disclosures and transfers of data outside the EU or the European Economic Area

My website is hosted on a domestic server and no personal data is disclosed to third parties.

Use of cookies

The website only uses cookies that are necessary for the functioning of the website. A cookie is a small text file that is sent to and stored on the user's computer. Cookies do not harm users' computers or files.

There are no marketing tracking tools (Google Analytics or Facebook pixels) installed on my website, so you can browse without worry.
