Use of the register<\/strong><\/h3>

I collect personal data such as the customer's name and telephone number for the purpose of managing the customer relationship.<\/p>

Grounds for data collection and processing<\/strong><\/h3>

The data in the customer register is processed for billing purposes and for necessary communication with the customer, for example if a car service appointment has to be cancelled or changed. Customer data will not be used for marketing purposes.<\/p>

Content of the register<\/strong><\/h3>

The register stores the customer's name and telephone number and billing information if the customer pays by invoice. I receive the customer's details by phone or directly.<\/p>

Data retention period<\/strong><\/h3>

I keep the data of customers who pay by invoice for six years\/the period required by the Accounting law.<\/p>

Regular data sources<\/strong><\/h3>

I collect the data directly from the customer. I do not use the data for marketing purposes.<\/p>

My website is hosted on a domestic server and no personal data is disclosed to third parties.<\/p>
